  A very welcome addition to the Sitges restaurant and hotel scene. Yes the price point is on the higher side and you could say they are catering to the "yachting set" wallet, but there are few other places like this in Sitges. Still owned by the same family, which is apparent in the quality of the service and standard of the renovation of the noucentisme villa. (They really should make more of the history and architecture in their promotional materials by the way). The restaurant and reception staff are relaxed and friendly, yet attentive and highly professional. The food was very good: yes the presentation is a little "wavy plate" and "slate roof tile" for my liking, but this can be forgiven as the quality was there. This together with the location and ambiance (we were seated outside for dinner in the summer), means we will be going back.

  Good food and nice restaurant. I ate there a few times and enjoyed everything except the paella (and I really like paella so that was disappointing). Other than that I'd say it was one of the best restaurants in sitges.

  We celebrated new year's eve here and I have to say dinner was the best I've ever had on this date ever. I always go to hotels to celebrate, as these events tend to be really fun and dinner is always good, but not comparable to what they offer in Casa Vilella. Apart from the delicious menu, all the waiters and staff are really attentive, making sure everything is perfect and to your satisfaction. They are professionals, not just kids hired for the occasion. I'd love to stay in one of their rooms in the near future, as I'm sure it'll be amazing too.
