  then got back to his PC completely ignoring that i have more than once asked to open a bank account. i just turned to the door to leave and he pressed the button to open the door without even looking at me.

  the two guys at the desk made me wait for about 25mn, completely ignoring me. one of them was on the phone, the second one was on his computer the whole time. i was the only client there.
