  This place is an ultimate definition of bad customer service, the old skinny British wateriest is rude specially with kids, if u can't deal with kids don't accept them in the 1st place. I believe she is the reason behind this place failure & shouldn't deal with customers at all. Food is Overpriced compared to quality & not worth the money.

  Don't eat or drink here!! My wife, 9 year old daughter, and I came to this place at 4:30 June 28, 2017 while on vacation. A wierd storm came in with rain we came in and proceeded to sit down and moved our table approx. 1' to get the table out of the rain. The ladie working started yelling at us saying we were blocking a door to a resisdence and told us to leave (no sign or anything, it looked like part of the business) We had no idea and would have been happy to move if she politely asked. She was more than rude! I run a service business and woud never ever treat my customers like this. If one of my employees acted this way, I would terminate them immediately. Worst customer service ever!!!! We are a nice, polite family and would have been great PAYING customers.

  Average food, poor sangría (just wine with lemon and sugar; not even a single piece of orange or apple) and unfriendly staff.

  Very bad service, food, envirenment and hygien (incl. interior, toilets, etc.) and pricing. Never again.
